This is a luxury resort - well the facilities are and the sites ae wide but there are lots of very old "park" trailers throughout the park. Nearby there is a busy fire station and a large construction site - so don't expect quiet! Many nearby houses look like they have poor renters in them.

This campground is the worst of the three in Hemet - but it is a Good Sam - barely. It just needs a good spruce up! Especially the showers.

We were warned not to drink the water, wash in it or put it in our RV.

Here we paid a higher rate for the first two nights then a lower rate. The washrooms and showers are clean but very tired looking. Don't expect quiet even in December. Sunday we were woken at 7am by the sounds of what looked like a bass boat race!
